ASSET CHECK-IN
CONDUCTOR HELP/WAREHOUSE/
The purpose of this guide is to help you with the standard process of checking assets and packages back in to the warehouse after a show.
1. In Events, mouse over WAREHOUSE in the main navigation (top right) to pull up the Warehouse Menu. Select Check-In. (See image below.)

2. Select the proper Event, Venue, Vendor, and room Type from the dropdown fields located at the left of the screen. When you have selected the information for those 4 fields, the center (Requested) frame should populate to display all gear requested by the client for the selected Room Type.
Once complete, click the START CHECKOUT button to initiate the process. (See image below.)

* Always verify you are working in the correct show before scanning items.
* Double-check packaged items to ensure the correct case QR code is used.
