ASSET CHECK-OUT

CONDUCTOR HELP/WAREHOUSE/

The purpose of this guide is to help you with the standard process of checking assets and packages out of the warehouse.

1. In Events, mouse over WAREHOUSE in the main navigation (top right) to pull up the Warehouse Menu. Select Check Out. (See image below.)

2. Select the proper Event, Venue, Vendor, and room Type from the dropdown fields located at the left of the screen. When you have selected the information for those 4 fields, the center (Requested) frame should populate to display all gear requested by the client for the selected Room Type.
Once complete, click the START CHECKOUT button to initiate the process. (See image below.)

3. Scan the barcode for each individual asset. As you scan assets, they will pull from the Requested list to populated the Scans window. (See image below.)
4. For packaged items (kits), scan the QR Code on the outside of the case. NOTE: Kits are identified by the down caret to the far left of the item name. Clicking on the caret will pop up a window that lists all of the items in that kit. (See image below.)
5. If you need to remove an item before the show has shipped, select the radio button next to the word Remove, and then scan the barcode/QR code of the item that needs to be removed.
NOTE: You should only need to remove an item if you scanned the wrong item in error or if an item is removed from the client request. (See image below.)
6. If, for some reason, a bar code isn't scanning, you can manually enter the item's number (located under the barcode) in the bar code field and then click on the barcode icon. If the barcode sticker is scratched or damaged, please ask Jeff Lobaugh to print a new one. (See image below)

7. Once all assets for this location have been scanned out, click on the 3-dot icon to the right of the Check Out panel, then scroll down to select Download Requested Equipment Report. (See image below.) After the report has downloaded to your computer, open the file and double-check that everything on the list is showing as scanned out in Conductor.
