WAREHOUSE DASHBOARD
CONDUCTOR HELP/WAREHOUSE/
The purpose of this guide is to help you get more familiar with the Warehouse Dashboard and its sections.
BEST PRACTICES:
* Use this Dashboard as your daily starting point.
1. In Events, mouse over WAREHOUSE in the main navigation (top right) to pull up the Warehouse Menu. Select Dashboard. (See image below.)
2. Once in the Warehouse Dashboard, use the scrollbar (on the right) and scroll down to view all of the active panels (See image below):
A. Filters - The first field defaults to today's date. You can modify what is in each field based on the show you're working on.
B. Upcoming - List of shows in the near future.
C. Check Out - List of shows that have gear being checked out for the selected date range.
D. At Show Site - Shows in progress for the selected date range.
E. Check In - List of shows that have gear being checked in for the selected date range.
F. Done - Shows that have been completed. Adjust the date/range in the done panel as needed to view previous shows.
G. Filtered Barcodes - Assets (gear) that have been quarantined for further evaluation. To learn more about this, please read the barcode status guide.)
