QUARANTINE GEAR
CONDUCTOR HELP/WAREHOUSE/
The purpose of this guide is to outline the steps to properly place a damaged item into Quarantine status in Conductor.
1. From the top navigation bar, hover over Warehouse and select Barcode Status from the dropdown menu.
2. Enter the barcode number in the Search field.
3. Double-click on the item in the results list to open the Barcode History page.
4. In the Barcode History page, click on the pencil/page icon located at the far right of the Barcode History panel to open the Edit Barcode Window.
5. In the Status dropdown menu, select Quarantine.
6. Add a detailed note explaining the reason for putting the item in quarantine (i.e., damaged panel, missing cable, cracked screen, etc.) and click on the green SAVE button when finished.
7. Confirm the status has updated to Quarantine.
8. Go back to the Warehouse Dashboard, scroll down to the "Filtered Barcodes" panel, and check to confirm that your quarantined gear shows in the list.
