ETS WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
We have created this site to assist you with our standard procedures for fulfilling event orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all equipment is properly pulled, scanned, labeled, staged, and verified prior to shipment. The warehouse is the final quality checkpoint before equipment leaves for a show.
It is important to understand that orders vary by show and are fulfilled based on requests that have been entered in Conductor by Project Managers and Show Leads.
Warehouse Staff Responsibilities:
- Pull, scan, label, stage, and truck-pack equipment accurately.
- Identify and report discrepancies or concerns immediately.
- Ensure all orders are completed by the required deadline.
Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Approve and review any equipment being returned or removed from any order.
- Resolve order discrepancies or unusual requests.
- Verify completed orders before truck pickup.
