Export/Import Sessions
This guide explains how to export and import session data into Conductor.
To maintain proper formatting, you'll first need to export the session file.
1. Double-click on your event from the main page.
2. Click on MEETING ROOM from the menu on the left.
3. Select the correct ROOM from the list in the center frame by double-clicking on it.
4. Verify that the room details are accurate.
5. Locate the Sessions Panel. (See image below.)
6. Click on the three-dot icon in the far right of the Sessions panel. (See image below.)
7. Download the Excel file to your computer. (See image below.)

8. Open the downloaded Excel session file.
9. Verify the following column headers: Session ID, Client, Session, Start Date, Start Time, End Date, End Time, Tags, Notes, Color
10. Enter or update session data as necessary.
IMPORTANT (Refer to image below):
* When adding a new session, leave the Session ID cell empty. (New session ID's are generated by Conductor.)
* Use consistent date and time formatting.
* The format for time MUST be 24-hour, aka military time. (00:00 - 23:59)
* Be sure to separate Tags by the Pipe Symbol ( | )

11. When edits are completed, save the file, keeping the original filename.
12. Navigate back to the same room in Conductor.
13. Open the Sessions panel.
14. Click on the 3-dot icon.
15. Select Import Sessions.
16. Upload the file you just edited.

17. Confirm the upload was successful by verifying all sessions, dates, times, and notes are accurate.
18. Click on IMPORT.
COMMON IMPORT ERRORS & FIXES:
- Missing fields: ensure all required fields are completed.
- Incorrect times: use consistent format (military time).
- Duplicate sessions: leave Session ID blank.
- Notes missing: ensure data is entered in the Notes column.
