ONLINE ORDERING
ETS uses Boomer Commerce as our e-commerce platform, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express as payment methods. We do not charge back credit card fees.

We offer advanced order rates (25% discount) that end three weeks before the start of the event and are offered as an incentive to order early. If interested, you can share your exhibitor list with us, and we’ll send out two, dual-branded email campaigns (via MailerLite) to remind your vendors to take advantage of the advanced order rates.

Exhibitors must register and create an online account with us to place their online order.

EXPO ORDER FORM
Online stores close one week before our trucks leave for an event. After the store closes, exhibitors who try to access the online store will see that the online ordering window has closed, and will be prompted to contact us (via exhibits@ets-av.com) and can place orders using this fillable pdf form.
In addition, we bring a limited number of spares of certain gear to every event, allowing exhibitors to place last-minute orders on-site.
